Membership is free to join and no minimum spend is required. ORVELLA Credit applies to eligible merchandise purchases, including full-price, sale and discounted orders.

The 10% welcome reward applies to the first eligible ORVELLA order. ORVELLA Credit is earned continuously at the member's current rate: 5% for Club, 10% for Signature and 15% for Private, on eligible merchandise spend.

ORVELLA Credit is calculated on the eligible merchandise amount actually paid after discounts, excluding shipping, taxes and duties. Returns, cancellations or refunds may result in corresponding credit adjustments.

ORVELLA SIGNATURE unlocks at £500 qualifying spend. ORVELLA PRIVATE membership is discretionary and available by invitation only.
