These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ORVELLA® website and any related services, features, content, tools, products and purchases made through it (together, the “Services”).

By using the Services, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase from the Services. By placing an order, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect operational, legal or regulatory changes. Any updates will be posted on this page with the revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted confirms your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Accounts & Security
You may need an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or suspected security breach.
Product Information & Presentation
We take reasonable care to display product descriptions, pricing, sizing and images accurately. However:
- Colours may vary depending on lighting and screen settings
- Product imagery is for illustration and may differ slightly
- Packaging and presentation may vary without affecting the product’s core characteristics
All products are offered subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or restrict sales at our discretion.
Orders, Acceptance & Contract Formation
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase products under these Terms. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch (or otherwise confirm acceptance in writing).
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order, including where:
- Items are out of stock or unavailable
- Payment cannot be authorised or verified
- Pricing/content errors occur
- We suspect fraud, misuse, reselling, or unauthorised activity
- The delivery address appears invalid, incomplete, high-risk or not serviceable
- Multiple orders appear to bypass purchase limits or promotions
If we cancel an order after taking payment, we will refund the amount paid.
Pricing, Payment & Title to Goods
All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include VAT where applicable (unless stated otherwise).
We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors. If an error affects your order, we may cancel it and refund you or contact you with the option to proceed at the correct price.
Ownership (title) to goods passes to you only when we have received full cleared payment.
Promotions, Discount Codes & Offers
Discounts and offers:
- Have no cash value
- May be withdrawn or amended at any time
- May exclude certain products/collections
- May be limited to one per order/customer unless stated otherwise
Misuse (including bulk abuse, automated use, resale behaviour, or attempt to manipulate offers) may result in order cancellation and/or account restriction.
Delivery, Risk & Address Accuracy
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control.
You are responsible for ensuring your delivery address is complete and accurate. If an order is delayed, lost, returned or misdelivered due to an incorrect address provided by you, ORVELLA is not responsible for replacement costs and additional shipping charges may apply.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.
Delivered-but-not-received claims
Where courier tracking shows the parcel as delivered, we may require reasonable cooperation to investigate (including confirming delivery details). We reserve the right to rely on courier delivery confirmations when assessing claims.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Where legally applicable, customers may have the right to cancel eligible online purchases within 14 days, subject to lawful exceptions.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.
Faulty or Misdescribed Goods
If goods are faulty or not as described, you may have rights under UK consumer law. Contact us promptly with supporting evidence. We may require the item to be returned for inspection before any remedy is offered.
Product Care & Misuse
You are responsible for following care instructions provided on product pages and/or labels. ORVELLA is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, drying, ironing, chemical exposure, misuse, modification or wear beyond normal intended use.
Intellectual Property
All content and branding on the Services (“Content”) is owned by or licensed to Anam Online Limited and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or exploit any Content without prior written consent.
ORVELLA® is a proprietary brand/registered trademark of Anam Online Limited.
User Content & Reviews
If you submit reviews or content, you confirm you own or have permission to share it and grant us a royalty-free licence to use it for operational and marketing purposes. We may remove User Content at our discretion.
Prohibited Use
You must not use the Services to break laws, infringe rights, harass others, scrape data, introduce malicious code, or attempt unauthorised access. We may suspend or block access where prohibited use is suspected.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORVELLA and Anam Online Limited are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount paid for the relevant order, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If a chargeback or payment dispute is raised, we may pause return/refund processing while the matter is investigated. We reserve the right to provide relevant evidence to payment providers (including order confirmation, delivery confirmation, tracking and communications).
Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
Severability / No Waiver
If any clause is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. Failure to enforce a term is not a waiver.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales, except where consumer law grants you the right to bring a claim in your country of residence.
